BAE Systems to Build Circuit Analysis Tool Under Air Force Contract


Bae systems logo_ExecutiveBizTYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 28, 2016 — A business unit of BAE Systems will help develop a tool that will work to analyze small circuit features on a silicon integrated circuit chip under a $9.1 million contract from the U.S. Air Force, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

The Defense Department said Tuesday BAE’s information and electronic systems integrated technology solutions segment will collaborate with the Air Force Research Laboratory to perform work under the Rapid Analysis of Various Emerging NanoElectrons program.
