TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 18, 2016 — Executive Mosaic has named Arnold Morse, CNSI general counsel and chief compliance officer, as one of its top general counsel executive awardees, ExecutiveBiz reported Oct. 10.

He also worked for The Orkand Corp. as its general counsel and corporate secretary before the company’s acquisition by Harris (NYSE: HRS).
