Orbital ATK Targets September for Return to Flight of Antares Rocket


Orbital ATKTYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 15, 2016 —  Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) has set a goal of launching its Antares flight vehicle in the second half of September after the rocket completed a stage test in May, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company is working with NASA to set the return-to-flight date for Antares along with the OA-5 cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station, according to a blog article posted Wednesday on the agency’s website.
