AECOM (NYSE:ACM)Â has been awarded aÂ five-year, $100 million contract toÂ provide program and construction management services for a number of projects at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport that include work onÂ federally- and non-federally-funded airfield and landside sites.
The company said Monday that it will supportÂ the airport’s design, code and construction department with full project lifecycle servicesÂ that encompassÂ contract administration, program and project controls, public outreach, technical third-party support andÂ program, project, design and construction management.
DFW handles more than 64 million passengers per yearÂ and is the U.S.’ fourth-busiest airport, according to the company.
AECOM anticipatesÂ that 40 percent of the contract’s funds will be allotted to subcontract qualifiedÂ Disadvantaged Business Enterprises.
Under a separate arrangement with DFW, theÂ company leadsÂ joint venture team responsible forÂ design and design management services in support of the airport’sÂ $2.7 billion Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program.
