Ryan Marsden, formerly director of program control at Whitney, Bradley & Brown, has been promoted to vice president of finance at WBB.

Marsden will oversee the company’s financial planning, reporting and program control, WBB said Monday.

“Since Ryan joined us two years ago, he has built the program control office into a strong support group while also taking on the responsibility for the company’s financial planning and reporting requirements, ” said Wayne Wilkinson, chief financial officer at WBB.

Marsden joined WBB in 2014 after he served as director of business operations at QinetiQ North America for the intelligence community, homeland security and federal civilian sectors.

Prior to working at QinetiQ, he was the manager of program planning and control at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) from April 2006 to August 2010 and a financial analyst at Orange Business Services from April 2004 to April 2006.
