TYSONS CORNER, VA, January 29, 2016 — CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) will provide network and data transmission support for the Defense Information Systems Agency‘s Defense Information Systems Network under four task orders worth $10 million, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.

The company said Wednesday the networks in Colorado, Virginia, Alabama and Nebraska will be provided Ethernet private line and Internet Protocol services through May 2017.

Tim Meehan, CenturyLink senior vice president and general manager of the federal government team, said the company will continue to provide core network services that work to help the Defense Department secure the nation.
