WWC Global Books $82M Support Services Contract for USAID's Transition Initiatives Office

WCC Global will provide the U.S. Agency for International Development’s Office of Transition Initiatives with geographic information systems, project management, communications support and other services under a five-year, $82 million contract.

The management consulting firm said Tuesday it teamed up with Nickol Global Solutions and XL Associates on the USAID contract, which also covers recruitment and acquisition support for the office.

Lauren Weiner, CEO of WWC Global, said the firm’s international law and policy experts and humanitarian aid and economy specialist will support OTI in pursuing U.S. foreign policy objectives by providing help to local partners.

With OTI supporting U.S. foreign policy, USAID conducts economic and humanitarian assistance across over 80 countries worldwide. The office applies adaptive and agile programming to advance local initiatives in an effort to promote stability and security.

WWC Global is a Tampa, Florida-based, woman-owned federal management consulting firm that operates in over 30 contract locations to support federal agencies. Aside from USAID, the firm also provides program management assistance to the departments of Defense, State, Energy and Homeland security and other government clients.
