Woolpert has bought Virginia Beach, Va.-based Waller, Todd & Sadler Architects for an undisclosed sum in a move to expand architecture projects with military clients.
Waller, Todd & Sadler has worked with armed forces, municipalities, commercial organizations and educational institutions in more than 2K projects to date, Woolpert said Tuesday.
Scott Cattran, president and CEO of Woolpert, said both companies aim to grow service offerings to both local and federal customers.
This acquisition was part of the Dayton, Ohio-based’s strategic plan that also included a corporate reorganization that took effect this month.
