William Noon, a corporate vice president and chief accounting officer at Vectrus (NYSE: VEC), has been selected by the board to serve as acting chief financial officer of the company starting April 15.
Noon will assume the responsibilities of the departing Matthew Klein, a senior VP and CFO at Vectrus, and continue to serve as head of accounting as the government services contractor works to find a permanent CFO, the company said Wednesday in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Klein will step down from his roles in April to pursue other career interests, according to the SEC filing.
Noon is a 25-year financial and accounting professional and a certified public accountant.
Prior to joining Vectrus in 2016, he held senior leadership roles at enterprise analytics firm Mattersight and TATUM, a Randstad company.
