Whitespace Innovations, Engaging E-Learning Added to GSA's HCaTS Small Business Pool 1 IDIQ

The General Services Administration has added Whitespace Innovations Inc. and Engaging E-Learning Solutions as awardees on a potential $3.45B governmentwide contract vehicle for human capital and training services, GSA said Friday in a FedBizOpps notice.

Both vendors join a group of 24 small businesses that won positions on the HCaTS SB Pool 1 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in late July via an “on-ramp” solicitation process.

The IDIQ covers customized training and development, human capital strategy and organizational performance improvement service offerings for the federal government.
