West 4th Strategy has purchased Integrated Systems Inc., an information technology and management platforms provider, for an undisclosed sum as part of a push to expand the delivery of IT and professional services to federal government customers.
West 4th said Tuesday it will operate ISI as a subsidiary as part of its mission support division that delivers transformation and IT services to the Department of Defense and civilian agencies.
Indrani Seetharam, president and CEO of ISI, will remain in a leadership position as part of West 4th.
Founded in 2000, ISI is a Vienna, Virginia-based privately held company focused on providing software development and systems engineering, IT government, rapid modernization and management and business consulting support to the Internal Revenue Service, Securities and Exchange Commission and other federal agencies.
ISI holds spots on several prime contract vehicles, including the Government Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services, GSA OASIS+ and the National Institutes of Health’s Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3.
“Since acquiring West 4th in 2022, our focus has been on utilizing organic growth to be selective in pursuing acquisitions that would expand customer access, broaden capabilities, and access strategic contract vehicles,” said Robert Dowling, president and CEO of West 4th.
“The addition of ISI more than doubles the Company and accomplishes all three of these objectives, which is a testament to the terrific business that Indrani and the management team have built,” Dowling added.
FVCbank helped West 4th facilitate the transaction.
