Wesley Rice, a U.S. Navy veteran and a former vice president at professional services contractor ISN Corp., has been appointed chief operating officer at engineering research and development company D’Angelo Technologies, according to a LinkedIn post published Sunday.
In his new role, Rice manages daily operations, strategic growth and business development, business operations strategy and other enterprise-wide operations management functions.
He previously led corporate services and security programs at ISN and oversaw a range of functions including corporate policy development, contract execution and strategic planning.
His prior industry experience also includes various positions at CACI International (NYSE: CACI), Arrowhead Global Solutions, CommIT Enterprises, Irving Burton Associates and Halifax.
While at the Navy, he served as program manager for Naval Computer and Telecommunications Command Headquarters and electronics material officer for the Sixth Fleet.
