First, Leidos said it will merge with Lockheed Martin™s IT segment to double in size from $5 billion to $10 billion in forecasted annual revenue and create GovCon services’ largest player at twice the scale of its nearest competitors Booz Allen Hamilton and CSRA, the combination of CSC’s U.S. government arm and SRA.
