Richard Harkey, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Whitney, Bradley & Brown, has joined the board of directors at technical services contractor Cornerstone Defense. He joined WBB in January 2018 and oversees financial, operational, contracting, information technology and facility-related activities there, Cornerstone said Thursday.
Previously, the certified public accountant served as VP, corporate controller and chief accounting officer at Engility and held finance leadership roles at PwC and Sotera Defense Solutions. Cornerstone CEO Chris Goodrich said that Harkey will help drive the firm’s merger-and-acquisition, investment and banking strategies.
