TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 12, 2016 — Whitney, Bradley & Brown has appointed Jeffrey Cohen, a 26-year U.S. Air Force veteran, as the company’s vice president of capture and proposals, GovCon Executive reported Thursday.
WBB said Tuesday Cohen has worked on proposal management and business development for more than three decades and has been a proposal consultant at Sound Solutions Consulting.
