Ken Aso, a two-decade veteran of the aerospace and defense markets, has been appointed chief operating officer at aircraft components distributor FDH Aero.
He brings to his new role operational expertise in aviation aftermarket services and experience supporting aerospace and defense original equipment manufacturers, suppliers and distribution service providers, FDH Aero said Wednesday.
Aso most recently served as a partner in the aerospace and defense practice at New York-based management consulting firm Oliver Wyman.
The Walla Walla University graduate worked at Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) global services division as a managing director and at StandardAero as a senior vice president.
