Vernon O’Donnell, who held customer-centric leadership roles within technology companies, has joined software as a service provider Hypori as chief customer officer.
O’Donnell is responsible for cross-functional teams focused on delivering end-to-end experience to the company’s customers and partners and oversees customer lifecycle and user adoption efforts in this capacity, Hypori said Wednesday.
Prior to Hypori, he was at supply chain visibility software platform project44, where he served as chief customer officer and chief product officer.
O’Donnell is a U.S. Army veteran who also worked at sports intelligence company STATS Perform as chief customer officer.
“Vernon is an experienced go-to-market leader who has driven rapid scale while keeping the customer at the center. He brings deep cross-functional expertise to Hypori that will be instrumental in aligning our customer-facing teams and delighting our customers,” said Jared Shepard, president and CEO of Hypori.
