Vernon Joyner
Vernon Joyner, formerly manager of the national security solutions division at engineering and technology services contractor Ensco, has been promoted to vice president of the NSS division.
Joyner holds 30 years of software development, system engineering, program management, and organizational leadership experience, ENSCO President Boris Nejikovsky said Tuesday.
“He has been a strong asset to the executive leadership team and a valuable contributor to company-wide initiatives, “ Nejikovsky added.
Before he joined Ensco, Joyner served as technical director at Dynetics‘ advanced missions solutions group and worked with customers, technology partners and mission specialists in efforts to address national security problems.
