A Verizon (NYSE: VZ) business has secured a potential 15-year, $2.4 billion contract from the Federal Aviation Administration for enterprise network support.
The FAA Enterprise Network Services contract covers telecommunications, information management support and other capabilities in support of the agency’s mission, according to an award notice published Monday.
Verizon Business Network Services will also provide network connectivity to FAA’s online training, e-mail, payroll and other administrative information systems and related functions.
