Kirk Grothe, former senior vice president for government services at Ventech Solutions, has been promoted to chief operating officer, FedHealthIT reported Friday.
Grothe joined Ventech in April 2019 as VP for government solutions and joined the company’s SVP ranks two months later, according to his LinkedIn profile.
He previously served as CEO of Annapolis Junction, Maryland-based health information technology provider Livanta, a vice president at Truven Health Analytics and solutions leader at IBM (NYSE: IBM).
From 2011 to 2015, he worked held director roles at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
