Dan Corbett, chief financial officer and chief development officer of Valiant Integrated Services, has been promoted to succeed the retiring Jim Jaska as CEO at the Herndon, Virginia-based government services contractor starting April 15.
Valiant said Monday that Chief Operating Officer Mike Pilon will take over Jaska’s responsibilities as company president.
Corbett previously spent 10 years at PAE (Nasdaq: PAE), where he served as vice president of operations and chief financial officer for the company’s global logistics and stability operations group.
He started his career at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) and held roles of increasing responsibility across business, finance and operations.
Before Valiant, Pilon worked at GardaWorld Federal Services as chief financial and administration officer. His other previous roles included senior vice president at AECOM (NYSE: ACM) and finance leadership positions at BAE Systems and Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
