Valiant Integrated Services has bought the government services subsidiary of ABM Industries in a push to grow service offerings, operations and sales in the public sector market.
The ABM Government Services business will change its name to Valiant Government Services and offer mission support, linguistics, critical infrastructure, healthcare facility and healthcare construction management services, Valiant said Wednesday.
Valiant CEO James Jaska said the company made the acquisition to complement its expeditionary logistics services and continue to provide a full range of services and mission support to U.S. military customers.
