Valerie Baldwin, formerly vice president of legislative affairs for Army and Special Operations Forces programs at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), has been named senior VP of government affairs at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS).

At Lockheed, she led legislative efforts related to aviation, air and missile defense and non-system training platforms.
Her government career has included roles such as a staff assistant on the House Appropriations Committee’s Veterans Affairs, Housing and Urban Development and Independent Agencies Subcommittee and as chief financial officer at the Department of Army.
