Expanding V2X’s IC, National Security Capabilities
V2X said Monday the deal is valued at about $24 million net of estimated tax benefits and broadens its access to critical national security programs.
As a result of the acquisition, V2X will absorb approximately 70 employees with expertise in intelligence and cyber operations.
The U.S. intelligence business of British defense technology company QinetiQ provides data engineering, intelligence mission support and cyber platforms for IC customers.
V2X noted that it has begun integrating QinetiQ’s U.S. intelligence business with its national security portfolio.
