Gail Baker
Gail Baker, a more than 30-year veteran of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX), has been named vice president of aftermarket services at UTC’s Collins Aerospace business. He will report directly to Collins Aerospace CEO Kelly Ortberg and manage the unit’s military and commercial aftermarket customer service and business organizations, the avionics system provider said Wednesday.
Baker replaces Ajay Agrawal, who transitioned to a new role as VP of strategy and services at UTC’s Carrier business.
Prior to this appointment, she was vice president and general manager of the intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance and space solutions segment at Collins Aerospace. In addition, she held various roles of increasing responsibility at Hamilton Sundstrand before UTC merged that division with Goodrich in 2012.
