What Are the Details of the FORCE Task Order?
The task order was awarded Jan. 22 with an initial obligation of $907,000, according to a notice posted on the Federal Procurement Data System. The current performance period runs from Jan. 26 through Sept. 25, with options that could extend the work through March 2033 and increase the potential value to as much as $208 million if fully exercised.
What Is the Scope of NTT DATA’s FORCE Task Order?
Herndon, Virginia-headquartered NTT DATA will provide enterprise IT operations support for the FORCE program, based on the sources sought notice published Dec. 2024 on SAM.gov. The agreement covers operational and administrative services, including IT, digital transformation and systems integration services for civilian and defense agencies across the federal government.
NTT DATA will deliver service desk and field support for more than 400 offices nationwide. It will provide core infrastructure and cloud services for 500 cloud-based servers, enterprise application support and IT security services aligned with Department of Justice standards. FORCE also covers specialized initiatives such as video retention in support of the agency’s body-worn camera program, as well as ad hoc IT support across multiple divisions, including SharePoint development, data analytics, audiovisual services and robotic process automation.
