The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services intends to launch a competition for a follow-on contract to continue providing field office support services for the Field Operations Directorate and the Fraud Detection and National Security Directorate.
According to a notice published Monday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System, USCIS expects the recompete contract to be worth over $100 million and anticipates the release of a solicitation by Sept. 1, 2025.
The proposed contract includes support for unclassified mail distribution management, file audits, new file creation, unclassified file maintenance and naturalization ceremony support.
The agency within the Department of Homeland Security is still in the market research phase but anticipates using the PACTS III acquisition vehicle, also known as the Program Management, Administration, Clerical and Technical Services, to award the field office support contract.
In February, DHS started seeking offers for PACTS III, which the department could use to acquire services in three functional categories: administrative and general management consulting services, office administrative services and engineering services.
According to the APFS notice, Sciolex is the incumbent contractor.
USCIS expects to award the recompete contract by the first quarter of fiscal year 2026.
Work will be performed in multiple locations with an expected completion date of Feb. 28, 2031.
