The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services plans to launch a competition for the second iteration of the Cyber Security Support Services – Operations, or C3S-OPS II, contract.
According to a notice published Tuesday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System, the Department of Homeland Security’s USCIS expects the contract requirement to be worth over $100 million and anticipates releasing a solicitation by April 16, 2026.
USCIS plans to award the recompete contract by the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 and expects work to be performed in Camp Springs, Maryland, through Dec. 15, 2030.
C3S-OPS II Contract Requirement
According to the APFS notice, USCIS intends to compete the C3S-OPS II contract as a full small business set-aside program.
Under the proposed follow-on award, the selected vendor will provide services to help the agency identify, detect, protect, respond and recover from cybersecurity incidents and threats.
The contractor should also have highly specialized skill sets and considerable experience in providing cybersecurity industry best practices.
The incumbent contractor is AretecSDB, a Small Business Administration-approved 8(a) mentor-protege joint venture of Aretec and Solutions By Design II.
