USAF Awards Four Spots on $422M Construction Services IDIQ

Four companies have landed spots on a potential $422.2M indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantitycontract to provide design-build and design-bid-build services at various U.S. Air Force installations within the Front Range region of Colorado and Wyoming.

Contractors will maintain, repair and perform minor construction work on military properties along the mountain range, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The 21st Contracting Squadron received 32 offers for the multiple-award IDIQ and the service branch will initially provide $5K to each awardee.

DoD expects contract work to conclude by Feb. 2, 2028.

The awardees are:

• HHI Corp.
• Native American Services
• Pro-Mark Services
