TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 3, 2017 PV Puvvada, president of Unisys‘ (NYSE: UIS) federal systems business, has urged the federal government to develop partnerships across agencies and adopt shared services in efforts to drive information technology modernization, ExecutiveBiz reported Sept. 25.
