Two Six Makes Cybersecurity Market Push With River Loop Acquisition; Joe Logue Quoted

Two Six Technologies has purchased River Loop Security, which specializes in technical services meant to help customers protect internet of things and embedded devices.

The two companies previously collaborated on programs in support of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency and aim to continue joint technology development efforts, Two Six said Monday.

Washington, D.C.-based River Loop assists clients in various areas such as system design, penetration testing, custom tool development, and security incident response.

Joe Logue, Two Six CEO, said the combined company aims to bring talent and capabilities to high-priority sectors and help customers carry out national security missions.

The acquisition brings Two Six’s employee count to more than 500.
