The project for Black Construction-Tutor Perini JV involves the construction of a multi-story housing tower, a one-story common area wing and a separate building for utility purposes.
Single-occupancy housing units within the BOQ building will include a bedroom, closets, private bath, laundry and a kitchen.
NAVFAC expects contract work to conclude in May 2024.
