Before Trellix, Bowman was senior director of national security at VMware, now part of Broadcom. During his time at VMware, he leveraged his technical proficiency and expertise in professional service delivery to drive sales for on-premises and software-as-a-service deployment in the government sector.
His industry career included time as VP of public sector at Verizon, director of defense and national security at Adobe and director of North America at Primus.
The national security leader previously worked at the Department of Defense as a senior software engineer and technical lead.
