Trace Systems has completed the National Security Agency’s Lab Based Security Assessment for a hyperconverged information technology platform designed to support rapid deployment of mission enclaves and collaboration in mission partner environments.
The company said Tuesday its Modular Dynamically Reconfigurable Integrated Virtualized Environment works to support multitenant network environments for the Department of Defense and its mission partners and allows users to access applications, share information and develop an episodic mission enclave within hours.
“In support of the warfighter’s need to more efficiently share information in multi-domain operations, M-DRIVE has the potential to reshape the way the DoD and its mission partners operate during exercises, contingency operations, or in combat,” said Trace CEO Otto Hoernig.
“The fully integrated platform supports and enables not only coalition interoperability, but also potential future multiple security level (MSL) requirements throughout the DoD, and in support of the mission and coalition partner environments,” added Hoernig.
Trace Systems describes M-DRIVE as a scalable platform that can reduce MPE server infrastructure by up to 50 percent and can support a wide array of programs of record and Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control architectures.
The commercial off-the-shelf system is built to also help users manage application and service delivery and host multiple mission enclaves at the Secret/Releasable level.
