Tony Crescenzo, an information technology industry leader, has joined Reston, Va.-based systems integrator Intelligent Waves as president.
Intelligent Waves CEO Jared Shepard said in a statement published Thursday Crescenzo’s IT acumen and experience as a military veteran will help the company advance growth initiatives and meet clients’ missions.
Crescenzo previously served as CEO of IntelliDyne. He is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran who held senior leadership roles at several companies, including CACI International (NYSE: CACI), Software AG Federal Systems and Initiate Systems.
The appointment comes as Intelligent Waves projects $300M in contract wins in 2020. The company posted more than $220M in single-award contracts last year.
Intelligent Waves is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business providing cloud computing and managed services, operations and intelligence analytics, mobility, enterprise systems engineering and cyber and security architecture to government and private sector clients.
