Axient has appointed Tina Leighty as vice president of quality and change management and named Bryan West as VP of the company’s logistics engineering division.
Leighty started her career at Axient in 2009 and held various roles of increasing responsibilities including head of the quality compliance department and post-merger integration management office.
She will oversee quality management, continuous improvement and change management at Axient in her new capacity.
West most recently served as Axient’s program manager and reliability engineer responsible for assisting the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command Logistics Center with Reliability Improvement through Failure Identification and Reporting process support.
He joined Axient in 2017 from CGI where he served as director of the Army AMCOM RIMFIRE program.
