Tim Massey, formerly sector executive vice president at Radiance Technologies, has been promoted to chief growth officer at the Huntsville, Alabama-headquartered defense and intelligence technology developer.
He will now facilitate collaboration among sectors and groups and help drive the company’s strategic growth initiatives, Radiance said Thursday.
In his previous role, Massey supported defense sector customers in areas such as directed energy; electronic warfare; geospatial intelligence; training; and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
Massey joined Radiance in 2021 as VP of strategy and operations following a 20-year career at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC), where he was VP of business development.
He previously led SAIC’s science and technology division and oversaw business development, customer relationships, program execution and personnel management.
