Tim Hascall
Tim Hascall, an executive vice president and chief operations officer at Maxar Technologies (NYSE: MAXR), will retire from his roles on Dec. 31.
Jeff Guy and Jeff Robertson, who are both senior VPs at Maxar, will take on expanded roles to assume Hascalls current responsibilities, the company said Tuesday.
Guy will oversee corporate procurement, capital expenditure investments, real estate initiatives and enterprise shared services implementation as SVP for integration and performance.

Robertson will handle enterprise risk management assessments and processes as SVP, chief risk officer and chief information officer.
Hascall became COO of Maxar in October 2017 after the space technology platforms provider completed its acquisition of DigitalGlobe.
He joined DigitalGlobe in 2011 and held senior leadership roles such as COO, SVP of operations, EVP of operations and customer experience and general manager of imagery.
