Dan McCarron
Dan McCarron, formerly general manager of tiag‘s national security division, has been promoted to vice president for operations and national security at the Reston, Virginia-based management consulting and technology services provider.
McCarron will oversee the national security division’s efforts to support customers in the intelligence, defense and security sectors, tiag said Tuesday.
He will also be responsible for helping drive tiag’s division strategy, collaboration and business growth, with a focus on cybersecurity, intelligence, analytics, enterprise information technology modernization and software development initiatives.
McCarron previously worked at management consulting firm Whitney, Bradley & Brown as vice president of federal and commercial business.
He also held various leadership positions during his 25-year career at the U.S. Marine Corps and retired from the military in 2005 with the rank of colonel.
