Thomas Terjesen, an information technology executive, has joined ASRC Federal as senior vice president and chief information officer.
ASRC Federal said Tuesday in a LinkedIn post that Terjesen will lead its corporate IT strategy and he brings more than 23 years of industry experience to his new position.
He came to the Beltsville, Maryland-based technology services contractor after his role as VP of IT at Peraton.
Terjesen was VP of IT operations and infrastructure at Perspecta, which was integrated with Peraton after the latter’s private equity owner, Veritas Capital, acquired Perspecta in May 2021.
He previously worked at Perspecta’s predecessor company Vencore as CIO and director of IT operations and spent seven years at BAE Systems, where he served as senior director of IT operations for shared services and engineering. He also held IT leadership roles at AIG (NYSE: AIG).
