He will lead a company-wide initiative, dubbed 1MPACT, to create value for customers and shareholders over the next five years, Mercury Systems said Tuesday.
“As 1MPACT efforts progress, Thomas will focus on six major areas: organizational efficiency and scalability; procurement and supply chain optimization; facilities optimization; R&D investment efficiency; capital and asset efficiency; and scalable common processes and systems,” said Mark Aslett, president and CEO of Mercury Systems.
Huber’s two-decade consulting industry experience includes prior roles as managing director and partner at Bain & Company and associate partner at McKinsey & Company.
