Terry DeRosa
Terry DeRosa, formerly chief financial officer of IAP Worldwide Services, has been promoted to CEO at the Cape Canaveral, Florida-based government services contractor.
IAP said Thursday DeRosa held the CFO role over the past three years and led the company’s expansion and stabilization efforts as part of a company-wide reorganization in 2014.
He previously served as executive vice president and CFO of Boeing‘s(NYSE: BA) Kestrel Enterprises subsidiary and president of the electronics systems group at DRS Technologies, which Leonardo acquired in 2008.
Robert Hargis
Robert Hargis, formerly vice president of IAP’s national security and technology business unit, will serve in the newly-created role of chief operating officer and will oversee operations of all business units at the company.
His previous roles have included operations vice president at Kestrel; deputy defense intelligence officer for global trends and projections at the Defense Department; and a member of the National Security Council.
