Anania will also collaborate with channel partners and managed service providers on the delivery of cybersecurity products and services to Sophos’ customers of over 600,000 global organizations.
Commenting on Anania’s appointment, Sophos CEO Joe Levy said, “Her knowledge and expertise will allow us to further put customers at the center of our business, alongside our channel partners and MSPs.”
The new Sophos CCO brings to the company over 25 years of experience in customer satisfaction and sales growth leadership. Aside from Zendesk, she previously worked as senior director of customer success at Autodesk and senior manager at Ernst & Young.
