Mark Culhane
Mark Culhane, a member of the board of directors at CallidusCloud and UserZoom, has been named chief financial officer and principal accounting officer at Teradata (NYSE: TDC) in a move that takes effect Nov. 10.
He will also serve as an executive vice president and succeed Stephen Scheppmann, who will step down from his dual roles to take a medical leave of absence, Teradata said Thursday.
Culhane previously held CFO roles at Lithium Technologies, DemandTec, iManage and SciClone Pharmaceuticals.
Since 2006, he has served as CEO of Culhane Advisory Services that provides financial consulting support to cloud software companies backed by private equity firms.
Eric Tom
Eric Tom, formerly EVP of global sales at International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT), has joined Teradata as an EVP and chief revenue officer.
Tom will oversee the implementation of go-to-market strategies worldwide at Teradata.
He is a strategic adviser to several software startups such as Eagle Technology, iHealthHome and Soli.
Tom previously served as VP of corporate and business development at Force10 Networks and CEO of Broadband Interactive TV.
He also held senior leadership posts at Sprint (NYSE: S) and Qwest Communications, which now runs under CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL).
