Technica Appoints Lisa Trombley as COO, Brian Fogg as Chief Innovation Officer

Technica has appointed Lisa Trombley, former director of U.S. Air Force information technology programs at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), as chief operating officer.

She will oversee Technica’s government programs and talent development efforts in her new position, the company said Tuesday.

Trombley held responsibility for the development and implementation of IT platforms for customers in the federal civilian, defense and intelligence sectors during her career at Lockheed.

Technica also named Brian Fogg, former chief technology officer at NCI‘s (Nasdaq: NCIT) information systems subsidiary, as chief innovation officer.

Fogg will spearhead the firm’s customer-facing Innovation Council as it works to develop strategies and implement advisory services for clients.

He also previously served as a vice president and chief architect at NCI and strategic solutions director at SRA International.

Technica President and CEO Miguel Collado said that both appointees will help expand the company’s portfolio of professional services and integrated technologies.

The Dulles, Virginia-based government contractor secured a potential five-year, $224.4 million task order through the Air Force’s Network-Centric Solutions-2 vehicle in July 2016 to provide IT support services to the military branch.
