Information technology distribution company Tech Data (Nasdaq: TECD) has agreed to acquire software and cloud technology aggregator DLT Solutions in a move to expand products portfolio and create opportunities for public sector channel partners.
Tech Data said Wednesday it expects to close the transaction during its four fiscal quarter, pending customary regulatory approvals.
Herndon, Va.-based DLT offers government clients access to its network of business partners and a range of IT offerings through the company’s position on more than 50 contract vehicles.
