Tara Dunning
Tara Dunning, formerly vice president of global sales operations at BroadSoft, has returned to Avaya (NYSE: AVYA) as chief revenue officer.
Dunning will oversee sales and channel operations, pricing, offer development, tools and automation and other revenue-generation approaches as well as drive revenue predictability and accountability in the newly created position, Avaya said Tuesday.
Patrick OMalley, senior vice president and chief financial officer at Avaya, said Dunnings client-led focus in managing strategic transformation programs will help the company reorganize its go-to-market strategy in order to speed up the delivery of platforms and services to customers.
Dunning served as VP of global business operations and business transformation and senior executive for information technology operations at Avaya between 2014 and 2017 before she joined Broadsoft.
She also held senior leadership roles at several technology firms such as Comcast Cable and Unisys (NYSE: UIS).
