T-Rex Solutions has acquired Cyber Cloud Technologies for an undisclosed sum to broaden its presence within the Intelligence Community and expand its information technology service offerings for customers in the national security market.
Cyber Cloud Technologies has been providing cybersecurity, cloud and other enterprise IT services for federal government and national security customers for 15 years, T-Rex said Tuesday.
Seth Moore, CEO of T-Rex Solutions and a previous Wash100 awardee, said the transaction will help accelerate growth in support of the national security mission and will further support customers and protect critical systems through the combination of Cyber Cloud Technologies’ IC experience and T-Rex’s cloud adoption and cybersecurity services.
T-Rex expects the acquisition to bring more career growth opportunities to cleared personnel.
