System High, a portfolio company of Washington, D.C.-based private investment firm Enlightenment Capital, has purchased identity management software provider ManageYOURiD for an undisclosed sum.
Chantilly, Virginia-based System High said Monday it will integrate the acquired entity’s data privacy platform with methodologies designed to help customers counter insider threats, manage supply chain risks and protect intellectual property.
ManageYOURID developed its platform to support data security and online privacy protection work for commercial, government and individual customers.
“With the addition of ManageYOURiD’s platform and their talented team of engineers, System High will continue to set the standard for mid-tier federal businesses dedicated to protecting national security,” said Jason Rigoli, partner of Enlightenment Capital and chairman of System High.
Chantilly, Virginia-based System High offers cybersecurity, lifecycle protection, insider threat mitigation, counterintelligence and network defense services to the federal government.
