Swish Data has bought Warrenton, Virginia-based professional services company Titania Solutions for an undisclosed amount in a move to add DevSecOps, counter-drone and intelligence mission support offerings in the public sector.
John Hibbert, former chief operating officer at Titania, will lead the business as general manager.
Titania holds designation as a woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned small business providing full IT life cycle, systems development, intelligence analysis and cyber services. Its customers include the U.S. Army, Federal Aviation Administration, Defense Information Systems Agency and the Department of Health and Human Services.
